4. Intellectual Property Rights
a. Ownership:
All content on NewsX Nation, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Newsxnation.com or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. Limited License:
You may view, download, and print content from NewsX Nation for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the content.
c. Restrictions:

a. Your Responsibility:

- Be likely to deceive any person.1
- Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.2
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organizat3ion.
d. Moderation:
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe it violates these Terms.
6. Links to Third-Party Websites
NewsX Nation may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Newsxnation.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
7. Disclaimers
NewsX Nation is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of NewsX Nation or the information, content, materials, or products included on NewsX Nation. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that NewsX Nation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on NewsX Nation.
8. Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Newsxnation.com and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of NewsX Nation, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on NewsX Nation.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
12. Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Newsxnation.com’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Newsxnation.com regarding your use of NewsX Nation and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral.
